Korea RF Regulatory Update: New Standards Proposed for GPR/WPR Devices
The Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) proposes to establish new standards for Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Wall Probing Radar (WPR) devices used for accident prevention, including sinkhole detection. The relevant provisions will be deleted to permit outdoor use of 10.5 GHz object detection sensors .
