KC Certification - Designation of a Local Agent in Korea The Korean Radio Waves Act has been amended to introduce a local agent system. Companies without a domicile or business presence in Korea must designate a local agent with a registered address or business place in Korea, documented in writing, to undergo conformity assessment.
