  For wireless devices that have undergone conformity assessment, the following criteria apply when adding non-RF components (e.g., capacitors) and proceeding with a change notification. 1. Application of Conformity Assessment Standards In accordance with Article 17(1) of the Notification on Conformity Assessment of Broadcasting and Telecommunication Equipment, change notifications can be filed by applying only the conformity assessment standards related to the modifications. 2. Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Testing If the modification involves non-RF components (e.g., adding a capacitor unrelated to wireless functionality), EMC testing alone is sufficient for filing the change notification. 3.
