Q: Could conformity assessment be exempted for manufacturing or importing products for testing, research, or similar purposes?


A: If equipment is manufactured or imported for purposes such as testing for conformity assessment, quality and performance inspection of products, or research and technological development of products and broadcasting/telecommunication services, conformity assessment exemptions are available for up to 10 units.
